We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and qualified team members who are committed to supporting adults experiencing behavioral health challenges, substance use-related concerns, housing instability, isolation, and other barriers to stability.

Minimum Employment Requirements
All Northern Hope Center employees must have a high school diploma or GED.
Additional requirements may apply based on the position, including:
- Background check approval
- Position-specific training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Crisis de-escalation training
- Confidentiality and HIPAA training
- 42 CFR Part 2 training
- Mandated reporting training
- Valid driver’s license, if transportation is part of the role
- Peer support certification or lived experience requirements, when applicable
