We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and qualified team members who are committed to supporting adults experiencing behavioral health challenges, substance use-related concerns, housing instability, isolation, and other barriers to stability.

Current hiring areas may include peer support services, case management, behavioral health support, outreach services, administration, and community-based support roles.


 

All Northern Hope Center employees must have a high school diploma or GED.

Additional requirements may apply based on the position, including:

  • Background check approval
  • Position-specific training
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Crisis de-escalation training
  • Confidentiality and HIPAA training
  • 42 CFR Part 2 training
  • Mandated reporting training
  • Valid driver’s license, if transportation is part of the role
  • Peer support certification or lived experience requirements, when applicable
