This program provides personalized support to help members identify their career goals, develop job skills, and find and maintain employment in the community. Our approach is rooted in the belief that employment can be a vital step toward recovery and improved well-being.
This program is open to individuals aged 18 and older with serious mental illness, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders. We also welcome adolescents aged 16–18 with severe emotional disturbances.
Employment is more than just a paycheck—it’s a step toward self-confidence, community connection, and a brighter future. Our Supported Employment Program is here to help members unlock their potential and achieve their dreams.
