Created in 2015, Our team at Northern Hope Center (NHC) is a supportive, motivating group of individuals. We find the best ways to support, engage, and uplift our members. Collaboratively we can give our clientele a safe, judgment-free community to rely on.
Karen Blackburn is our Executive Director and has been with NHC for almost two years. What she enjoys most is being able to interact with the NHC members.
Thip Castro is our Program Director who works closely with the members, helps create the schedule, and leads daily activities.
Derika Life is our new Case Manager who is our Resource staff. Works with members who may need help with specific tasks.
Program Coordinator, Derrick Blackburn, drives the NHC Van from 10 AM- 4 PM weekdays for member needs.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Rides to and from the center can be asked at any time. However be mindful that we serve lunch around 12 PM, and there are prior appointments.
