Referral support may include help identifying treatment options, connecting to outpatient providers, connecting to residential treatment when appropriate, assisting with intake paperwork, helping contact treatment providers, coordinating transportation when available, providing follow-up support after referral, and connecting individuals to recovery and peer support resources.
